Introducing the Jay Peak Beanie Crochet Pattern!
This is a crochet pattern, not a physical product.

The naming of this beanie eluded me until I was inspired by one of my favorite views when I visit my cousin who lives on the Vermont / Canadian border. On a clear day, you can see Jay Peak and Lake Memphramegog at the same time! The view is spectacular!
What You Need:
- Approximately 110 yards of bulky 5 yarn.
- I used Loops and Threads Charisma. For this pattern, Serenity by Premier Yarns also works really well. You will need 2 colors – approximately 55 yards of each color.
- 8.0 mm / L size hook
- Scissors
- Tape Measure
- Tapestry needle to weave in ends
- Pom pom if desired
Pattern Notes
- Video tutorial links are included in the pattern instructions for the foundation single crochet, extended single crochet, and V-extend single crochet.

- Entire beanie is worked in the round.
- Pattern is worked with two colors. Great for stash busting and scrap stash busting!

- Ch 1 at the start of each round does NOT count as a stitch
- Please refer to hat sizing chart for circumference and hat height for the size you’re making.
- This beanie fits most teens and adult women. Fits 18”-20” circumference. And it’s 8.5” in height. If you need to add width, add FSC in multiples of 2.
